复合顶板巷道围岩控制技术研究

Study On The Roadway Surrounding Rock Control Technology Research of Composite Roof

摘要: 针对星村矿3207轨道巷复合顶板松散破碎、顶板下沉量大、锚索破断等变形特征,分析了巷道变形破坏的原因、复合顶板巷道变形规律和控制技术要点,提出了采用“预应力中空注浆锚索+锚网索”联合支护方案,加强顶板支护强度,充分发挥围岩自承能力。现场工业性试验表明,该支护方案能有效控制巷道围岩变形。

Abstract: Surrounding rock intense deformation and easy roof caving of composite roof, is one of the difficult roadway supporting technology. For Xincun coal mine 3207 rail lane gateway loose and broken composite roof, large amount of roof subsidence, anchor cable broken, etc. Combining with onsite investigation and mine pressure observation, authors analyzed the reasons of roadway deformation and failure, the rule of composite roof roadway deformation and main control technology, proposed coordination support of grouting anchor and anchor net, to strengthen the intensity of roof support and give full play to the bearing capacity of surrounding rock. Using "prestressed hollow grouting anchor and bolt-mesh-anchor" combination supporting scheme, the onsite industrial test showed that the support scheme can effectively control the deformation of surrounding rock of roadway.
